This video relates to an open transparent atmosphere among students, parents and teachers. This transparency certainly needs to be an atmosphere that needs to be nurtured and supervised. When it works it certainly is a healthy atmosphere. Privacy needs to remain a part of the training and education.

All great ideas, and you are right- they could be adapted to all levels. I particularly liked the idea of posting video of what is happening in the classroom to keep parents updated.
